Vincent Pretorius brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, and renovations. He began his career as a Site Supervisor and Project Manager with a large construction and maintenance company, where he gained deep technical expertise and leadership skills. Over time, his passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail led him to establish and operate his own successful building and maintenance business.
Vincent’s extensive background spans all facets of the construction process, from interpreting architectural drawings and plotting foundations to completing the final finishing touches. This experience gives him a unique, practical understanding of how homes are built and maintained.
As a Certified Property Inspector (CPI) and active member of InterNACHI, Vincent has completed all required certifications and continues to advance his knowledge through ongoing training.
Outside of inspections, Vincent enjoys spending time with his family and staying active in his community. He’s proud to be part of the A Buyer’s Choice Home Inspections team in Saskatoon and is dedicated to helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes.
