I've owned two condos before but never a house. So I was worried about getting a proper inspection. Christopher was awesome! I was really impressed with the tools he used for the inspection. By using a drone, he got very detailed images of the roof and any potential issues up there. He also used infrared heat detectors to examine the ceilings and walls. He was incredibly thorough in his inspection. I really appreciated being with him and having him point things out along the way. It helped reassure me that the house I was buying wasn't going to have any major issues. And he also offered to refer me to people that could help with any issues that were found. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and I now have a list of things to chase up, but I felt comfortable passing the inspection and buying the house. Thanks Christopher for a great inspection! I have no hesitation in recommending Christopher if you have an inspection to be done.

We fell in love with a house that was for sale in Lively, Ontario and, on short notice, needed an inspection before putting in an offer. Our realtor recommended Chris Nelson, and we couldn’t have been happier. We booked Chris Nelson for a pre offer home inspection, he responded quickly and was available to help us the following day and even went as much as to change his schedule to accommodate our stressful deadline! Chris was available within the time frame I required his services - to further accommodate, he actually squeezed me in on a Sunday morning. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a smaller residence and the entire home inspection took approximately 2.5 hrs. He assisted in filling out the information sheet my potential home insurance company required and answered any questions I had. He made sure call me over to show me any alarming issues. He provided the final report via email within 24 hours and offered to follow up and go through the report with me. Would highly recommend 👌
