Steve inspected a manufactured home in a mobile home park that I'd put an offer on, and while I knew there were definitely some things that I'd have to do/have done, the walk thru that he provided me and my realtor convinced me that there were far more deficiencies/irregularities than I had noted, so I had my realtor cancel/withdraw my offer. His explanations of current code requirements and what was common at the time the home was placed on site were were much appreciated. I will contract with him again when I find another property.

Thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and personable ...you cannot go wrong with A Buyer's Choice Home inspections or Steve!! There were a significant number of things that we missed, but he identified, and there is a LOT to be said for experience and knowing what you're dealing with. I was particularly grateful that he was able to fit us in on a timeline that was limited, and still provided a walk through with insight and detail to make an informed decision. Personal insights were also spot on, valuable and relevant. This was not just checking boxes, it was a detailed, attentive explanation of what to address, what represents a priority, and what could be relegated to a list for later, and WHY. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to any home buyer. Don't buy without calling.
