We are very grateful for the inspection of our home. I was pleasantly surprised that the inspection lasted more than three hours and the entire house was meticulously inspected from the top of the roof to the plinth in the basement. Krystal checked all the electrical communications, plumbing and recommended how to fix malfunctions. I was amazed by the amount of equipment with which Krystal arrived, because what was not visible to the eyes was shown by detectors on special devices. This is our first experience and we are sincerely grateful that they not only helped us understand the main problems in the house, but also guarantee informational support for the next six months. Krystal's expertise with home inspections made what could have been a stressful experience very easy! She was exceptionally thorough and attentive to all areas in order to ensure the inspection was as detailed as possible. She is extremely hardworking and takes the time to explain and break things down in a way that a first time buyer understands. I have know Krystal Reid for a few years now, I have worked with her on many different projects she never disappoints with how professional she is. Krystal is the type of gal who will go above and beyond to ensure you get all the answers you need. If she does not know the answers at the time she will ensure to go out of her way and ask the right people or reference the correct paper work to get the correct details.
