Very impressed. Austin was very thorough, polite, personable, reasonably priced, and offers free technical advice for as long as you own the property. I've purchased a number of properties over the years and this is the first time the inspector has met me afterwards and walked me through and around the property to explain their findings before sending the report (63 pages for a 2 bedroom condo), which arrived the next day. He also provides a link to a booklet that lists typical home repair costs and maintenance schedule, which is especially helpful if you're a first time buyer.

Austin was incredible - he jumped through the hoops required with the tenant that was still in the house (even staying incredibly late to get the inspection done). We couldn't be there as we were away, so he took the time to zoom call us the next day to go over any concerns we had. Communication with him has been a breeze, and he did a very thorough job with our home inspection and subsequent re-inspection after deficiencies had been dealt with. Better than 99.9% of other home inspectors. I’m an ex realtor so I know this very well. Most inspectors work more for the realtor who referred them than you because if they find stuff that collapses a deal a realtor would be out a big commission and likely not recommend that inspector again.Austin is BY FAR the most thorough and honest inspector I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend him, he’s super busy (obviously) so even if you have to extend subject removal dates to get him to inspect your property it’s well worth the wait!!!Amazing honest, knowledgeable and moral guy, I can’t say enough good things about him!!!

Austin was prompt, polite, very thorough and professional, and was able to clearly and succinctly communicate his findings in both his personal debrief and in his extensive and clearly presented report.In preparation for his inspection Austin asked if we had any areas of special concern about the house we would like addressed. During his inspection he was in, on, under and around the entire house and property. He was on the roof, in the attic, in the crawl space, in cabinets and in all spaces of each and every room. He managed to get into small spaces and checked even difficult to reach areas including corners of the attic and remote areas of a shallow crawl space. Directly after his inspection, on site, he did a walk through of the property with us to debrief, identifying areas of concern and his overall impressions. It also gave us the opportunity to ask questions for clarification.His extensive, well laid out report arrived within a day of his site visit. His observations and recommendations were clearly presented and were accompanied by clear photographs where deficiencies or areas of concern were visibly outlined to help guide the reader.Money very well spent on a home purchase.

Very professional inspection. Booking system and communication beforehand were great. Inspection was very thorough, and the inspector did a 30 min FaceTime at the end of the inspection to walk through major findings and issues. A very comprehensive report followed that night.
