What a fantastic inspector! Due to various circumstances completely out of anyone's control, we ended up having three different inspections done by Chris on three different properties within a few months. Each time he was thorough, exacting and incredibly helpful. Not only did he go through all the elements we needed inspected with impressive care and attention to detail but he also took the time to point out noteworthy elements of each property (for example: hand-carved decorative features or particularly well-kept wooden floors). He made what can be a stressful experience painless, a joy even. Hopefully we have found our forever home but, if not, we will certainly be calling on his expertise again!

While I have never had a home inspected by Chris, I have known him for approximately three years as a respected member of the stand up paddle board community in Calgary prior to moving to Ottawa.I can say that Chris is dedicated, conscientious, honest and tenacious in his paddle board pursuits.
