We had Perry inspect the house that we intended to purchase and were very pleased with the job he performed. Perry was professional and thorough spending 4 hours on a very detailed inspection. He not only pointed out deficiencies but also areas that could develop into potential future problems. His written report was very detailed and included photographs that will help me find and address problems. Perry is amazing. He did a very through inspection of every aspect of the home I wanted to buy, giving me recommendations of what to ask the seller, what should I do by myself (putting insulation or breakers up to code).
