Dan recently inspected a condo that I am purchasing. I contacted him very last minute and he was able to make time for my inspection. He filled out an indepth report on the unit, common areas, and outdoors. At the end of his inspection, he gave his recommendations to bring the unit to modern code, and even showed me exactly where.
