We had the pleasure of working with Wade on 2 occasions. We did not buy the first house that we had him inspect but we did buy the second house. Wade was incredibly thorough. He found a small leak that I might not have found for years. Simple fix if you know it's there. Wade bent over backwards to fit us in. We were in a tight time frame and he was booked solid. He was very knowledgeable in many other aspects of the construction and millwork industry. I can appreciate that as a millworker and contractor myself. His reports were easy to understand and well laid out. Wade taking the time to walk thru the house and explain what he found was good or needs some attention. That was very valuable to me. I would highly recommend Wade to anyone needing a home inspection!

I have a commercial/industrial background and found all of the information Wade provided to be excellent and thorough. Wade was a real pro! Not all inspectors as as knowledgeable as Wade was--he caught several things that I think somebody with less direct experience doing what he does would have missed. I had Wade do home inspection on my house that I intend to put on the market sometime in the new year. I wanted to be as well prepared as possible so that I wouldn't have to deal with something unexpected when it was time to sell. I think that the most important thing was the time that Wade took to explain to me in layman's terms his comments and findings. Fortunately, my house didn't have any major issues, but he still made positive comments as to little things I could do to make the house as presentable as possible. His report is exceptionally thorough.It was money well spent and I would whole heartedly recommend Wade whether you are a seller or a buyer. I intend to use his services when it is time for me to buy another place.
