Shane brings over five years of hands on construction experience and a sharp eye for detail to every home inspection. As a Red Seal\u2013certified Automotive Refinishing Technician and experienced contractor, he\u2019s worked across a wide range of projects, from commercial data centers with complex HVAC and electrical systems to custom post and beam and log homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His background includes electrical work, networking systems, custom millwork, and project management, giving him a well rounded understanding of building systems and construction methods that directly benefit his clients. Shane is also known for his exceptional craftsmanship and problem solving ability; skills refined through years of precision work both on site and in the shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a certified member of InterNACHI and a trusted part of the A Buyer\u2019s Choice Home Inspections team, Shane is committed to providing clear, comprehensive inspections that empower clients to make confident property decisions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Shane enjoys golf, staying active, and running a family oriented power sports business that promotes outdoor adventure in Alberta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
