Deleuze's summarized Foucault's investigations into thinking of ethics differently in terms of Four Folds of Subjectification
1. Material part of the being
- What are the core businesses around everything hinges?
- How are these to be spent?
- What needs to be done to replenish them?
2. The power relations or the rules
- What are the rules?
- What codes do we look up to measure ourselves?
- What rules are applied for decision making?
Notice these deontic ethos driven approach should be added to the folds
3. Knowledge
- What relationships are important to us?
- Whose reactions allow us to see ourselves reflected?
4. The line of outside - the individual recognizes themselves different from others
- What do we do well?
- how will the differences be recognized
- What is our telos (purpose)?
- What is the organization's style?
