Early to appointment, professional, focused knowledgeable, every nook and cranny was inspected. No stone left unturned. Loved the colour coding in the report red for the most urgent issues and very helpful explanations about what the concerns in future would be. Craig was amazing, couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Craig and A buyer's choice home inspection. Report generated the same day a few short hours after the inspection was completed!! Worth every penny.

Of the few house inspectors I have dealt with, I can honestly say that Craig Rebbechi was a breath-of-fresh air when it came to performing his duties as a house inspector. He was clearly professional and knowledgeable of the services provided. He was non-invasive when performing his duties; ensured everything was left in its place; and identified issues/items that as a homeowner I should monitor/repair/maintain while owning a house. He listened and responded to my questions and spent time going over the detail report with me that was part of the services provided.
