Brian was very thorough and knowledgeable with all the various aspects of a house that could require attention or maintenance. He was very patient in explaining us all different mechanisms (like HVAC systems) in the house which would potentially require attention (immediate and mid term) and also recommended us workable solutions. He was really honest, direct and transparent with the analysis and didn’t appear to sugarcoat or tone down any potential issues we could face later on, which we really appreciated! I was fortunate to have worked with Brian on a recent property inspection in Burlington for our first time home purchase. We could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Brian was thorough, professional, and incredibly easy to work with.Brian arrived early to the property and had captured very detailed arial images of the roof, roof mechanical systems and property condition (very useful at closing) before my wife and I had even arrived on site.Brian took the time to explain his findings in a way that was clear and easy to understand, which gave us both complete confidence moving forward. The 57 page, extensive report was very detailed, well-organized, and delivered quickly allowing us to waive the conditional clause on the same day. Brian documented all deficiencies (images also) within the scope of his task and provided detailed recommendations of how to proceed with his findings. Areas of concern were clearly organized as “Immediate Attention Required” sliding down to basically, “Take care of this yourself”, which included Brian’s veteran advice, or who to contact for professional trades support. This made the next steps in the process seamless.To add to the value of his service. Brian identified, while inspecting the attic space, when the roof had approximately been redone and that new lumber had been installed during that process. What a wonderful surprise.I really value working with professionals who deliver on their advertised expertise. I am so glad that I chose Justin to do my home inspection. Justin did an exceptional job of going over every detail and poking into every corner to give me a very detailed outline of everything that was in need of attention in my future home. Every detail inside and out was gone over from structural to electrical outlets and bulbs, handrails, roof inspection, checking for leaks and moisture etc. He even tested appliances to make sure that they are working. It took hours to thoroughly inspect and then he took the time to verbally relay information after inspection citing important details that were also included in the report. I also appreciate that he took the time to explain to me what was important and why in layman’s terms so that I could understand. The very next day he had emailed me an even more detailed report including photographs that he had taken and explanations of a few things that needed attention and why. This helped me immensely in determining what budget I needed upfront for the home purchase and for immediate repairs. He also took the time to do a deeper dive of his findings over the phone and answered all my questions and concerns. He is flexible and will tailor his services to your needs; I used his advisory service that involved a preliminary, very basic inspection of a condo unit I was interested. This service helped me determine if it was even worth it to place an offer for the unit and helped me narrow down my top options. Overall, a great experience and I’d recommend Justin’s home inspection services!

My wife and I purchased a new home and we did not have a inspector to work with. Justin came as a recommendation from our realtor, and after some research we decided to choose his business to trust with the largest purchase of our life.Justin arrived early for the appointment and got to work right away. He had a thorough search of the roof through a ladder and drone, and was able to witness any potential issues from a few different perspectives.He walked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable about what building materials should be in the house versus what wasnt code anymore.I am an electrical apprentice and had not shared this with Justin. His knowledge of electrical left me satisfied he knew exactly what to look for. He found a few receptacles with swapped wires and gave me a list of what to fix in the house and what should be changed out.Overall we are very satisfied with the report we received and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family to inspect their homes. We have clear documentation about what we received from the inspection (like included warranties etc) and information on what to care for and maintain which is very useful for first-time home buyers.
