Lucius Caecilius Phoebus
From Wikireedia
He was a banker and all-round entrepreneur born to a freedman called Felix. It is likely he died in the eruption but may have perished in the earthquake in AD62.
His house is in the northern part of the site, very close to the gate leading to Vesuvius and during excavations an impressive collection of wax tablets were found detailing various receipts and other business oriented documentation. Equally impressive was his bronze bust which is in the Museum of Naples.
