He found a small leak that I might not have found for years. Simple fix if you know it’s there. Wade bent over backwards to fit us in. We were in a tight time frame and he was booked solid. Edit: the inspector we had was fired from A Buyer’s choice. I spoke with Laine and things were cleared up.Previous review: Erich missed our Duradek being trashed on a 450 sqft deck (close to $10k to have replaced), a large part of the siding being below grade and fully rotted all the way through the 2×4’s, and soffits leaking in several locations (visible water damage to the wooden soffits in multiple locations). Besides the most basic things: furnace age, hot water tank age, and that the appliances work, this inspection seemed like it was just checking off a list with no real “inspection”.

I had Wade do home inspection on my house that I intend to put on the market sometime in the new year. I wanted to be as well prepared as possible so that I wouldn’t have to deal with something unexpected when it was time to sell. I think that the most important thing was the time that Wade took to explain to me in layman’s terms his comments and findings. Fortunately, my house didn’t have any major issues, but he still made positive comments as to little things I could do to make the house as presentable as possible. His report is exceptionally thorough.It was money well spent and I would whole heartedly recommend Wade whether you are a seller or a buyer. I intend to use his services when it is time for me to buy another place.

Website is really easy to use to book an inspection. Wade is absolutely awesome. 100 page report which basically gives me a to-do list for a couple months of things to fix on our new house. He also explained major issues to us and assured us that he would be happy to address any issues even after we moved into our house. Laine was our inspector for an inspection done on a house we were trying to purchase. The way he goes into detail and takes time to do his job at such a high standard I have never seen an inspection report so thorough!
